【Responsibilities and Tasks】
To assist HR Manager to carry out the following tasks:
1. Assist in planning and organizing corporate culture activities (e.g., team building, annual dinner, festival celebrations) and drafting internal publicity materials (e.g., newsletters, posters, WeChat articles);
2. Assist in C&B related tasks, including attendance, leave and overtime data consolidation, social insurance/housing fund support, and employee data maintenance in HRIS;
3. Assist in administrative affairs such as onboarding/offboarding support, office supplies management, meeting room booking, reception and courier services;
4. Assist in L&D related tasks, including new hire orientation coordination, training record maintenance, feedback collection, and training material/PPT preparation;
5. Other tasks assigned by HR Manager from time to time.
【Qualifications】
Basic knowledge of HR functions or strong learning interest;
Good communication and coordination skills with service-oriented mindset;
Detail-oriented, proactive and able to multitask;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word) with basic data processing ability;
Able to speak and write in English (preferred but not mandatory);
Self-motivated and willing to take up challenge.
【Education Background】
preferably in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, Business Management or related fields.
【Internship Experience】
Internship experience in HR or administration function is a plus.
【Working Time】
9:00 – 18:00 per day;
At least 3 days per week;
More than 3 months.
