Description岗位职责: 1.Responsible for product requirements analysis and technical evaluation of mechanical system and component in refrigerator new product projects, based on requirement engineering and simulation. 借助需求工程学和仿真等方法，负责冰箱新产品项目中机械系统及部件的需求分析和技术评估。 2.Responsible for mechanical system and components development and release, including technical solution and specification definition. Familiar with DfX,such like DFS/DFMA/DFMEA/DFR. 负责开发并放行冰箱机械系统及部件, 包含制定技术方案及规格书。要求对诸如DFS/DFMA/DFMEA/DFR等工具比较熟悉。 3.Responsible for the lifecycle management of mechanical system and components, including cost saving based on reverse engineering and core cost approach, and problem solving based on 8D approach. 负责冰箱机械系统及部件生命周期管理,包括借助逆向工程等方式的成本优化及借助8D等工具的问题解决和质量改善。 4.Responsible for research and innovation activities on refrigerator mechanical related technology solution upgrade, mainly driven by consumer needs. 面向用户需求，负责冰箱机械相关迭代技术的研究和创新。 5.Responsible for globally modular management or application of big refrigerator mechanical system and component. 负责大冰箱产品机械结构系统或部件的全球性模块化管理或应用。 Requirements专业资质要求: 1.Master degree Mechanical Engineering Related，Graduate this year. 硕士学历,良好的机械工程相关专业的教育背景,2023-2024应届生 2.Good at 3D design software, top priority to whom familiar with NX UG 熟练使用3D设计软件，优先考虑UG熟练应用者 3.Fluent oral English, study abroad background is preferred 口语流利，有留学背景优先
