Tasks
- Regional HR data collection and data analysis
- Generate regular report and update dashboards with analyzed data (using tools such as Power BI)
- Support on coordinating the interviews and setting up the assessments
- Support on the stakeholder communication and coordination of HR Projects
- Support on video editing and communications materials preparation
- Support on local employee profile management, onboarding & offboarding management and intern management
- Other HR task support such as Recruiting, C&B, TMOD, etc.
Qualifications
- Data analytics skill
- Power BI knowledge
- Communication & interpersonal skill
- Ability to deal with multitasks
- Fluent at English
