Main responsibilities: 1. Legal and policy research; 2. Policy/law tracking and analysis; 3. Edit regular legal and policy reports; 4. Contract review and legal translation; 5. Government delegation receiving Support work; 6. Documents filing, database maintain; 7. Other logistics. Requirements: 1. Top tier law school students in Shanghai; 2. Excellent English and Chinese language skills; 3. Creative and efficient working style; 4. PRC bar preferred; 5. Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months; 6. Able to work 4 days a week.
