Job Description
This position is to support HR O&TD and HR compliance team, providing daily O&TD and HR compliance support, including training coordinate and arrangement, tracking training metrics and supporting HR compliance internal assessment data check, and other training and compliance related tasks.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Support Learning & Development Specialist arrange training venues, coordinate training arrangements, and help L&D specialist to check the weekly training metrics. Be able to able do video shooting and editing for related training.
-Support HR compliance team to check internal assessment related data, including overtime assessment data check, employee vendor code data check, etc.
- Support learning & development and HR compliance internal assessment other related tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- 2027/2028 graduates with Bachelor’s degree or above
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Sense of responsibility, strong execution, proactive and detail oriented, able to work on important and repetitive tasks with patience and accuracy.
- Good at Chinese and English writing
- Be able to able do video shooting and editing
- Excellent in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
