Responsibilities
Draft and proofread marketing collateral, including reports, brochures, and promotional materials.
Create and update content for digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, etc.
Maintain and refresh sales materials and visual assets to ensure brand consistency.
Support the execution of promotional campaigns across online and offline touchpoints.
Assist in end-to-end event planning and on-site coordination for marketing activities.
Collect and organize market data; contribute to competitive analysis and industry research.
Provide day-to-day administrative support and facilitate internal cross-functional communication.
Qualifications
Genuine passion for the video games industry with a solid understanding of current market trends and player communities.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; able to draft professional business correspondence and marketing copy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Comfortable with AI-assisted content and design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, Figma); basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Availability: Part-time accepted; minimum 3 days per week, for a duration of 3 months.
