l  Assist in develop quality management system and benchmarking analysis for FM/PM services in China

l  Assist in onsite service delivery including operation, project management, procurement etc.

l  Assist in develop, maintain and deliver training material appropriate for PM and FM projects

l  Assist to conduct periodic quality/KPI audits for existing FM/PM projects

l  Assist to conduct other hard-service and projects marketing support which includes business development, RFI/RFP and on-going project consultancies

l  Participate in the service transition/establishment program for the new FM/PM full service projects

l  Assist to generate pitching documents as well as conduct presentation to clients

l  Assist to conduct site visit for potential FM/PM project.

l  Assist to generate project report of small project.
