职位描述：
Job Title: Engineering Performance and Emission Intern (Engine)
工作地点：无锡
实习待遇：班车，工作餐，实习津贴，表现优异者，优先提供转正机会
Requirements:要求
1. 2021/2022届本科或研究生，发动机，内燃机，热能，车辆等相关专业。
2. 具有发动机相关知识。熟悉发动机性能，控制，排放，规范标准优先。
3. 良好的沟通能力。
4. 每周一至周五可出勤3天及以上，实习期3个月及以上。6个月优先考虑。
Responsibilities：工作内容
- In this role, you will also deepen your knowledge base of Caterpillar’s products, technologies, processes, services and systems, which you will use to:
- Learn and assist Engine performance and emission project.
- Learn and assist of engine test execution, learn the engine test techniques
- Assist to create engine test plan, analyze test data, optimize engine performance and emission to meet engineering target, and create engineering report
- Communicate results to customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units;
- Assist to contribute to the engine development of new products and processes
- Perform product and process maintenance
