Main Responsibilities
HR:
- Recruitment screening and interview coordination
- Support onboarding & offboarding process for retail and office employees on HR system
- Maintain employee data on excel
- Prepare retail / office regular report with PPT
C&B:
- Document approval process: approval of employee documents by finance such as labor contract / employment letter etc.
- Document filing
- Payment submit process: approval get and submit payment to finance
- HRIS maintain: HR system update etc.
Admin:
- Process employee certifications and visa application material
- Support on employee engagement activities and announcements
- Employee information collation and document filing
Qualifications
- Undergraduate/graduate student
(5 days per week for over 6 month is preferred)
- Quick learner, patient, and efficient
- Proficient office software skill (Excel and PPT)
- Good written English required
