1. Vehicles Customs clearance;  车辆通关;

2. Warehouse management, inventory control and schedule; 仓库管理、库存控制和进度控制;

3. Transportation tracking,  vehicles arrival dealer and importer daily check; 运输跟踪，车辆到达经销商和进口商的日常检查;

4. Financial release daily report; 发布每日财务报表;

5. Dealer information update; 经销商信息更新;

6. Forecast the stock level, alarm when stock level exceed capacity; 预测库存量，当库存量超过容量时报警;

7. Monitor daily VDC operation smoothly, especially inbound operation to achieve wholesale target ; 监控VDC的日常运营，特别是入厂运营，以达到批发目标;

8. Guarantee the maintenance quality to keep cars in good condition and pass the quality audit; 保证保养质量，保证车辆处于良好状态，并通过质量审核;

9. Make operation accrual and check suppliers report every month; 每月核算生产经营权责发生情况，核对供应商报告;

10. Other work assigned by leaders. 领导交办的其他工作。

Requirements:

1. At least 4 days per week, last for 4 months; 一周四天，时长4-6个月

2. Fluent English both in writing and speaking; 流利的英语书面和口头表达

3. Good at MS office(especial Excel). 熟练使用办公软件
