Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure an incredible candidate experience and find creative ways to onboard top talents
• Build strong relationships with our managers, and challenge their decisions
• Manage recruitment from first contact to onboarding
• Take part in talent management (onboarding, training…)
• Provide our employees with excellent working conditions
• Create job descriptions and content to attract qualified candidates
• Help foster a great community spirit
