工作内容： 1. 了解高压开关产品性能、特点和技术参数等，根据项目需求和技术规范，提供最优工程解决方案。 Understand the performance, characteristics, and technical parameters of High-voltage switch products, and provide optimal engineering solutions based on project requirements and technical specifications. 2. 负责新产品引入的工程解决方案的创建以及工程解决方案的标准化工作。 Responsible for creating engineering solutions for introducing new products and standardizing engineering solutions. 您需要具备： 1. 硕士及以上学历，电气工程或相关专业； Electrical engineering or related major, Master’s degree or above. 2. 具备领导力，创新能力，沟通能力以及影响他人的能力 With Leadership, the skill of Innovation, communication, and influence others 3. 较强的节约成本、控制质量的意识 Strong sense of cost saving and quality control 4. 能够熟练应用微软Office, AutoCAD 等软件 Excellent skills in Microsoft Office，AutoCAD 5. 具有良好的英语沟通和写作能力; Good English communication and written skill. 6. 英语听说读写流利； Fluent in English writing & speaking
