Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to Talent Management projects and tasks at LVMH China, including but not limited to:
Retail Talent Development
- Support on the operations of talent-related events, meetings, and trainings (D&I, retail, young talents, etc.)
- Update talent database and keep track on talent status, with accuracy, relevancy and time-efficiency ensured.
- Support on market research and talent-relevant data analysis based on different projects.
- Support on contract and payment process with vendor communications, close collaborations with Finance and Legal team.
- Support other ad hoc projects of the Talent Management team.
Recruitment
- Assist in Office intern recruitment & interview coordination.
- Maintain master data.
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree students (*MUST maintain student identity during internship per compliance reasons).
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passion in Luxury.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Strong ownership, creative mindset, and rigorous spirit.
- 4-5 days per week, committed 6 months with immediate availability.
