Key Objectives

·  BMW China is offering you an exciting opportunity as an IT intern in the BMW IT Department China. You will work with BMW IT experts to develop sustainable IT/business development in BMW China.

Major Responsibilities

·  Support team daily administration tasks.

·  Coordinate within FG-CN-5 team and cross teams communication.

·  Contribute in IT projects including:

·  Meetings coordination and assistance all over the involved departments and countries, including book meeting room for team members, draft meeting invitations and etc.

·  Preparing meeting minutes for weekly meeting, organizing various meetings, and other administrative tasks if required.

·  Responsible for travels and events management including company and government invitation.

·  Support achieving FG-CN-5 targets / objectives as member of the FG-CN-5 team.

Education

·  Field of Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Technical Economics, Automotive, Industrial Engineer or similar

Knowledge / Skills / Competences

·        Valid driver’s license and at least 2 years driving experience.

·        Innovative thinking.

·        Basic knowledge of IT processes, systems, technologies and innovations.

·        Willingness and capacity to learn constantly and quickly.

·        Good team player and able to work within a team with diversity.

·        Responsible, analytical, detailed minded, and flexible to work with multi tasks.

·        Fluent in spoken and written English. German is a plus.

·        Be able to work at least 4 days/week, 6 months.

·        Skilled with Microsoft Office.

Experience

·  Experience of IT program / project methodology.

·  Experience of data analytics is a plus.

·  Basic Know-How of Telematics systems, GSM, 3G and IT Client-Server / Browser-Server

Further information:

·  Starting date for the internship: Dec 1st 2018

·  Duration: 6 months or longer

·  Salary is 3000RMB per month (on duty every workday)

·  You must be a registered student over the full length of the internship
