Daily Operation of SAP QM for assigned finished goods, raw material, package material, intermediate.
Batch Record reviews and product release.
Certification and statement preparation of (i.e. Allergen, residues solvents, Non-GMO, Non Irradiation etc.).
QA monthly report and root cause analysis, supply audit, Support customer / 3rd party / DSM internal audit.
Give training to staff from functional department (Production, Formula, Maintenance, purchasing, etc.) on quality system and regulatory (i.e. GMP, SOP, food safety laws and regulation).
Handle customer questionnaire.
Product stability testing programs and homogeneity / cleaning validation.
Regular onsite inspection to verify the conformance of actual practices to the defined procedures to guarantee product quality, identify potential for further improvement and ensure the continued effectiveness and suitability of the Quality Management System.
Development Area
Will start from registration related, and gradually develop to be an expert. For long-term area, it will be defined by the combination of business needs and your personal interests.
Qualification
Bachelor or above in nutrition, food, pharmaceutical or biology discipline.
Specialization in GMP and QA , ISO 9001/FSSC 22000 system / kosher / Halal knowledge /Food Production License Application.
Fluent in both written and oral English.
