Sales Development Intern (Apollo. i o & Cold Outreach Specialist)

Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Intern, you’ll be the Front line of our outbound sales engine, using APOLLO.i o to identify high-potential leads and engaging them through cold calls and emails. Your goal: Turn prospects into booked meetings for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves testing outreach strategies, and wants hands-on experience with cutting-edge sales tech.
Key Responsibilities:
1. APOLLO.io Lead Mastery:
o Source and filter leads using Apollo .ios database ( Technographics, intent data, Firmographics).
o Build and manage contact lists/sequences for targeted outreach campaigns.
2.Cold Outreach Execution:
o Make 50 cold calls/day with a clear pitch, handling objections, and booking meetings.
o Send 50 personalized cold mails/week using Apollo mails automation.
3. C R M & Reporting:
o Log all activities in [C R M, e.g., Hub Spot/Salesforce] and track K P I (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked).
o Share weekly insights on what’s working (subject lines, call scripts, timing).
Must-Have Qualifications:
✔ Proven experience with APOLLO .i o (search filters, lists, sequences, exports).
✔ Comfort with cold calling (you enjoy picking up the phone and can handle rejection).
✔ Cold mail writing skills (short, punchy, and personalized).
✔ Obsession with metrics (you tweak approaches based on data).
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Insights.
Basic knowledge of sales pipelines and lead qualification (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.).
