Job description: For Trade Marketing Part - Support to collect and arranging stores requests （including store events, store activities, cooperation with landlords, Ads spots, etc.）. Follow up the execution and data collection of the activities and impression of Ads. spots. - Support to follow up agency execution of campaign exposure delivery on time, and double check the information of Ads delivery, collect the results of agency’s work. - Support campaign clippings collecting. - Support landlords seasonal seeding allocation, make sales order, and products delivery. - Support contract signing process, financial & legal audit process. - Follow up payment process, Ax system, promotion code setting, supporting preparation. - Monthly design list update. Monthly new open and closed stores list update. - Other specific tasks follow up For VM Part - Daily communication with stores to supervise VM detail execution. - Support seasonal campaign: display tools / visuals production & allocation; price tag; promotion pop, etc. - Support new opening & renovation VM material production & allocation. - Database & visual plan update & management. - Payment process – contract signing, AX system, supporting preparation. - Other VM tasks 职位要求： 1. 每周能到岗三天及以上 2. 实习时长6个月及以上 3. 在校本科生/研究生 薪资福利：24元/小时，雇主责任险，春节、中秋节等重要节日发放节日礼物 工作地点：上海市黄浦区淮海中路381号中环广场2711室 上下班时间：9：00 - 18：00 或 9：30-·8：30
