岗位职责:

1、协助顾问调查相关行业、市场和客户的信息，分析并确定搜索方案；

2、利用公司资源、网络、通过各种渠道筛选、搜集候选人简历；

3、通过陌生电话拜访获取目标人选的信息，了解并追踪目标候选者的职业动态；

4、电话沟通确定合适的目标候选者，完成对候选人的电话初试。

职位要求：

1、英文书写及口语良好, 统招大学本科及以上学历

2、prefer一周出勤4天，可留用

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze industry information and client company, collect and research different job requirements.

2. Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.

3. Acquire information from target candidates through cold calls, understand and track their career status.

4. Assist consultant to follow up the interview and provide solutions for clients and candidates in the recruitment process.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in spoken and written English.

2. Preferred at least 4 days a week, provide full-time position for outstanding interns .
