Raw material selling: TP/CSC quotation in appendix 5.
Cost run for new material creation.
Project requests for cost breakdown or BOM structure, support Yingjie cost analysis.
Update IG vendor information, including TP/CSC and vendor creation preparation.
Support annual CSC/TP campaign.
New reference creation tool proposal.
Ensure documents (emails, hard copies) are well-filed for specific cases, including accruals, contracts, emails of special approval, and target no major/minor observations by internal/external auditors.
Be in charge of raw material selling and scrap process, regular monitor process owner from non-finance departments restrictedly follow the process.
Financial topics of changes, including issuing invoices, changing company business licenses, specific request from tax bureau, etc.
GIT & NIV for all receivables. Leverage Fiss team’s support to close all long aging parts.
Regular communication with functional side (TE, NPI, Quality, Method, Purchasing, HR, etc) to build good awareness of new internal control process, improvement on key findings, share the main issues we have and request for action plan to control the cost and no outstanding compliance issue.
