Key responsibility:
Customer support for key
accounts, including enquiry responding, policy explanation, claim
collection, claim preview, paper-work, preparation, etc.
Coordinate with local office (HSC
Thailand/Vietnam/South Korea office) to ensure efficient
operation workflows
Translate documents from (Thai /Vietnamese/Korean ) to
Chinese/English.
Coordinate with partners/providers regarding relevant
needs from clients,
