工作职责:
• 参与基于 PSCAD 的离网电力系统建模与仿真分析工作。
• 搭建包含新能源、电储能系统及电力电子变换器的系统级仿真模型。
• 协助开展并验证以下研究内容:
• 离网系统稳定性研究(电压与频率控制)。
• 高比例新能源渗透下的系统动态响应分析。
• 并网 / 离网切换过程的仿真与分析。
• 对仿真结果进行分析,整理相关数据,并输出技术报告。
• 支持团队完成控制策略验证与仿真模型优化工作。
• 协助项目相关技术文档及技术报告的编写。
任职要求:
• 电气工程、自动化、计算机、数学等相关专业在读硕士研究生优先。
• 熟悉微电网业务,具备微电网仿真相关经验者优先。
• 熟练使用 PSCAD 仿真软件。
• 英语听说读写流利。
• 可线下实习,每周 4–5 天,实习周期 3–6 个月。
Responsibilities:
• Participate in modeling and simulation analysis of off-grid power systems using PSCAD.
• Develop system-level simulation models incorporating renewable energy sources, energy storage systems, and power electronic converters.
• Assist in research and validation of:
• Off-grid system stability, including voltage and frequency control.
• System dynamic response under high renewable energy penetration.
• Grid-connected and off-grid transition processes.
• Analyze simulation results, organize data, and prepare technical analysis reports.
• Support the team in control strategy validation and simulation model optimization.
• Assist in preparing project-related technical documentation and reports.
Requirements:
• Master’s student currently enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Familiar with microgrid systems; prior experience in microgrid simulation projects is a plus.
• Proficient in PSCAD simulation software.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Available to work on-site 4–5 days per week for a duration of 3–6 months.
