HR Intern
Tasks:
- Support in recruiting function, e.g. telephone interview; Interview feedback follow-up, Interview arrangement.
- Support company’s internal payment process, e.g. candidate reimbursement and vendor’s payment.
-Other tasks assigned by the Mentor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master student in HR, Business Administration or related majors;
- Fluent English, good communication skills;
- At least 3 working days per week (8 hours per day) and no less than 4 months;
- Hands-on experience of MS-Office.

主要职责:
1、协助面试工作:发布和维护招聘信息,电话面试及反馈,F2F面试安排;
2. 协助公司的内部付款流程,如候选人报销,供应商付款;
3. Mentor 布置的其他任务;
要求:
1. 人力资源相关专业本科及以上学历,有志于往人力资源方面发展;
2. 良好的英文听说读写能力, 较强的沟通能力;
3. 能确保每周3天以上全职实习时间,且不低于4个月;
4. 熟练使用Office办公软件;
