Objectives
1. To investigate the feasibility of a single HR employee database that can be used for all the HR activities,
2. To deliver a data flow manual of employee data throughout the HR practices
3. To integrate AI technology / Skywise into the technical solutions
4. And gain support from other functions or even other companies
5. To support the coordination of talent events and data inputs during the event
Requirements
Education: Major in Computer Science, with Database knowledge and background
Competencies needed: Database knowledge
Language: fluent in English
Other skills: Good communication skill, outgoing and enjoying team work
*During interview they need to take a test to solve a Macro problem (or code a macro)
