Intern, PIR (Production Innovation Research) Job Description: Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Support on Audi China production innovation research • Definition of research activities based on Audi AG Product Engineering requirements • Identification and analysis of production trends based on competitor production technology • Connect and interact with group research teams • Identification and visits of plants/showroom/dealer/exhibitions across China • Identification and web research about production information • Develop research methods especially with the use of AI (Artificial intelligence) • Prepare monthly report about local production trends • Prepare monthly report about local produced car models • Prepare reports about local factories on demand • Summarize and report of research results on regularly basis Qualifications: Education Background: • Bachelor or Master degree • Major in Automotive Engineering is a plus Professional Skills: • Proficiency in MS office( PPT, Excel, Report Writing) • Knowledge about vehicle manufacturing is a plus Competence Requirements: • Team Player • Product/Data analysis • Willingness to learn • Interested in automotive industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Sensitive to market trends and changes in the field of telematics • Analytical thinking, planning and well-organized • Ability to work under pressure, able to meet deadlines • Knowledge about AI models Language Skills: • English - good command of both in speaking and writing • Chinese – business fluent • German – as a plus
