Key responsibilities :
1 Handle incoming telephone calls 2 Greeting and directing employees and visitors 3 Receive and send express couriers and mails 4 Take care of reception counter
5 Provide assistance on weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
6 Provide telephones as per request 7 Responsible for other office daily administrative work 8 Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements: 1. 3-5 work days per week is preferred 2. Good English and Chinese communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 3. Must display professionalism and confidence 4. Good customer service skills 5. Positive attitude and professional appearance 6. Basic organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
