职位描述：

Our Finance trainee program（HIPO） is targeting at high caliber fresh graduates or graduated young talents, the duration of which will be 3 years. The main purpose of this program is to find a person who is highly motivated and highly mobile.（我们的财务培训生项目(HIPO)针对的是高素质的应届毕业生或非应届毕业生，为期3年。这个项目的主要目的是培养一个具有高度积极性和高度流动性的财务人才。）

To help the selected HIPOs get a deep insight of how the finance role plays in our company, they will rotate in different accounting and finance functions for several months, afterwards when trainees’ performance evaluation confirmed to be successful, we will appoint them to either our North Asia Pacific finance team or local accounting team in a branch, even other region is possible.（为了帮助被选中的HIPOs深入了解财务在公司中的作用，他们将在不同的会计和财务职能岗位轮换几个月工作。在培训后，如果HIPOs的轮岗工作表现通过了公司的考核，我们会将他们分配到我们的北亚太平洋财务团队或分支机构的当地会计团队，甚至全球其他地区也可以。）

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Rotate job in each accounting function (GUI, Debtor, Creditors, GL) for 18 months.  在每个会计部门(GUI，债务人，债权人，GL)轮岗18个月

2.  Rotate job in regional finance team for another 18 months. 在不同区域的财务部门轮岗18个月

3.  Learn knowledge and skills for competency development to be professional.  学习知识和技能，以提高专业能力

4.  Take challenging projects or tasks guided by mentor to demonstrate professional potential of further development.   在导师的指导下进行具有挑战性的项目或任务，以进一步培养专业能力

5.  Identify strength and development space for future positions. 为未来的职位培养实力、确定发展空间

JOB QUALIFICATION

1.  Bachelor degree majored in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Administration or related is preferred.  本科学历，财务、会计、审计、工商管理等相关专业优先

2.  Less than 3 years work experience in Finance, Accounting.  非应届毕业生少于3年的财务、会计工作经验

3.  Self-disciplined and self-motivated, highly mobile and dynamic, willing to work under pressure.  较强的自我约束能力，上进心强，流动性强，有活力，愿意在压力下工作

4.  With quick learning ability, team spirit and likable personality.  学习能力强，有团队合作精神，性格开朗

5.  Down to earth, and willing to work in finance function for long time.  脚踏实地，愿意长期从事财务工作
