Mission and Purpose:
The HRBP Team is dedicated to offering comprehensive human resources support to various Business Units (BUs) so as to ensure the effective operation and development of the business.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
·On boarding preparation (local/contractor/Local Expat/FSE)
Prepare Personal file (paper file) & do the filing due to needs
PKI function activation for new colleagues – non-BJ
Check the IT equipment status for upcoming employees with IT department
Pick up the staff card from post office for new employee
Prepare the on boarding talk together with Junior BP (meeting room reservation, pick up new colleague etc.)
FSE local contract preparation and JBP will do the final check before employee sign
·During the employment (local/contractor/Local Expat/FSE)
Post coordination
On going document filing
HR Director signature collection & distribution within the team
Coordinate with logistic company regarding the working permit handover & receive for the customer clearance based on the guidance from JBP
Meeting coordination
·Closing preparation (local/contractor/Local Expat/FSE)
Employee reference letter support according to the template and cross check with BP
Un-employment certificate preparation and hand it over to Junior BP
·Team project support
MIR project
Mini OKR & HR Weekly Management Meeting
Qualifications:
·Education Background
Bachelor or Master Students in business administration, human resource or other related majors
·Professional Skills
Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Previous practice experience would be preferred
·Competence Requirements
Good communication skills
Positive working attitude
Strong motivation to work
·Language Skills
Good English
German as a plus
·Internship duration
5-6months, each week at least 4 days
