协助团队与经销商沟通,发送项目邮件并执行后续跟进调查步骤。
负责组织区域会议,包括前期会议邀请,话题收集,会议日程和后期会议纪要。
支持项目采购流程,协助其他日常工作
Check, monitor and prepare the raw data, basic analysis, daily dashboard and working files related to the team manager.
Assist team member to provide BDC and Sales funnel regular email based on template and conduct follow up call.
Full responsibility for organizing Team Meetings, preparation and distribution of the agenda, writing and circulating minutes, follow-up and filing.
Support the purchasing process (includes bidding process, order placing, contract management, and goods receipt process) for the team.

英文听说读写流利,能够适应英文工作环境。
熟练使用各种办公软件,Excel精通者优先。

Internship at least 6 months
At least 4-day attendance from Monday to Friday
Bachelor degree or above without major limitation
Fluent in English both oral and written
Good organization skills, strong sense of responsibility, timely response, fast learner
Strong communication skill, team work, taking care the details, result orientated
Positive and self-initiative
Good computer skills with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
