Job Description

1. Support product managers on active product life-cycle management to safeguard product competitiveness
2. Support to derive customer-oriented product strategy based on market and competitor observation
3. Release OE-derived OES projects in close collaboration with respective OE-GB plants
4. Drive non-OE new customer acquisition project (define product concept, evaluate technical and economic feasibility, coordinate with cross-function for realization)
5. Participate in global business enhancement project for future business model in the context of division transformation 
6. Support on packaging artwork design & release
7. Prepare communication material & newsletter
8. Follow up on phase-out status and prepare monthly phase-out status report
9. Sales data analysis, PPT support
