1. I implement lab tests and guarantee test results’ reliability.

2. I manage and highlight product risks through testing.

我通过测试，管理并预警产品风险

3. I update new test methods and launch new test projects with my partners.

我与合作伙伴共同更新或开发测试方法

4. I am responsible for the local deployment of the Quality System and manage the laboratorys continuous improvement.

我确保遵守实验室质量体系要求，并不断地优化体系

5. I manage and drive lab projects.

我管理并推动实验室相关项目运行

6. I manage Decathlon internal labs to run smoothly through daily work (machines maintain, purchasing etc.). 

我分管实验室内部管理工作并确保实验室正常运作 （如机器设备管理，耗材管理等）

7. I ensure the coherence and repeatability among different (internal, supplier, external) labs.

我确保测试结果在不同实验室间（迪卡侬内部，供应商，第三方实验室）的一致性和可重复性

8. I drive Quality Assessment in internal and external labs.    

我推动内外部实验室审核的顺利开展

9. I coach supplier labs and improve their management autonomy.
