主要职责 / Key Responsibilities 1. 协助处理产线AOI异常设备，对AOI检出的不良品，进行分析并提出合理化改善建议。 2. Assist in handling AOI equipment anomalies on the production line; analyze defects detected by AOI and propose improvement suggestions. 3. 根据设备PM计划，保质保量完成设备AOI TPM项目。 4. Complete AOI TPM tasks according to the preventive maintenance schedule. 5. 协同支持各项持续改善工作。 6. Support continuous improvement initiatives. 7. 协助解决日常设备问题，提供技术支持。 8. Assist in resolving daily equipment issues and provide technical support. 9. 设备安装调试与技术改造支持。 10. Support equipment installation, debugging, and technical upgrades. 11. 日常备件与工具管理。 12. Manage spare parts and tools on a daily basis. 任职要求 / Requirements 1. 大专及以上学历，电气、自动化、电子、视觉、机械、人工智能专业优先，欢迎应届生加入。 2. College degree or above in Electrical, Automation, Electronics, Vision, Mechanical, or AI-related fields; fresh graduates are welcome. 3. 对AOI设备有较强的分析能力，能独立建模，进行AI训练。 4. Strong analytical skills with AOI equipment; capable of independent modeling and AI training. 5. 熟悉应用机械制图软件, Office办公软件基本应用。 6. Familiar with mechanical drawing software and basic Office applications. 7. 对机器故障有较强的分析能力，能承受工作压力，动手能力强。 8. Strong troubleshooting skills, able to work under pressure, and hands-on. 9. 具备良好的问题解决能力和团队合作精神。 10. Good problem-solving and teamwork skills. 11. 具备良好的沟通能力和学习能力。 12. Strong communication and learning abilities. 13. 有相关实习或项目经验者优先。 14. Prior internship or project experience is a plus. 实习期限 / Internship Duration 6个月，每周6天 / 6 months, 6 days per week
