An assistant of Talent & Leadership Development team, this role will work closely with Talent & Leadership
Development Manager/Senior Manager to offering support to Regional Director, Talent & Leadership
Development. Key responsibilities will include program support, data & information collection. More details

- Searching and collecting content
- Assisting meeting management
Report & Data Management
- Talent Data collection
- Data Analysising
- Stakeholders communication
- Other requirements on hotels data & information collection

- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirement
1. Desire in learning new knowledge and skills (e.g. Power BI)
2. Passionate in helping others to succeed
3. Growth Mindset
4. Attention to detail and ability to work with large volume of quantitative data;
5. Fluency in English and Mandarin
6. Analytical; knowledgeable of statistics and good at computer excel skill
