Requirement:
Bachelors Degree or above, fluent English
Quick learner, passionate, sense of responsibility, target-driven
Able to work under pressure and deliver result timely
HR experience preferred. Fresh also welcomed.
Job Scope
Manage recruiting process, ensure high-touch candidate experience with outstanding follow up and ability to communicate a deep knowledge of HSCs overall business strategies.
Evaluate candidate fit by engaging both technical and behavioral interviewing technique to identify exceptional ability.
Timely updates to the business on recruiting efforts and not limited to written or verbal presentation on project status and candidate reviews with senior and executive leadership
Manage salary and benefits. Manage day-to-day HR job and relevant projects.
Office Administration including vendor management, property management, etc.
Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need.
