[4-6 months, 4-5 days/week] Name of Project: Product Quality Resolution Data Analysis Objectives: - Based on available research, survey, and data in Field Quality team, to assist the field issue pre-analysis and data preparation for issue deep dive, in target to boost overall resolution process for filed quality and enhance customer satisfaction with improved quality of cars, and support daily tasks such as PPT material. Main Tasks: - Data collection and pre-analysis of specific sensor/issue, actively involve in filed issue data preparation. For example, new issue increasing analysis; one sensor data abnormal analysis; categorize issue by nature such as seasonal issue; data processing based on requirements etc. - Support customer experience/feedback analysis and reports preparation. - Support team to organize on daily operation tasks (including but not limited to report updates, issue pool maintenance of issue status check and updates, summarize and record meeting minutes etc.) Learning Opportunities: - Proficient insight of product quality overview in auto industry. - Hand-on experience of real project with data analysis for quality issue and benchmark study. - Good exposure to OEM quality issue handling process. - Abundant opportunity of learning authentic customer feedback for product improvement.
