About RouteVN * RouteVN is a dedicated platform for Visual Novels * Our mission is to fulfil the full potential of Visual Novels * We build tools and technology to create, distribute and read Visual Novels Internship * Minimum duration of 3 months. Job Description * Your mandate is to work to improve the product and building features for RouteVN * You will be working closely with @han4wluc (Luciano) on a daily basis * You are expected to spend 70%+ of your time on engineering aspects and the remaining 30% on product aspects. What an ideal candidate looks like * You have passion for Visual Novels and you share the RouteVN vision * You genuinely enjoy coding all day * You have a taste and high admiration for well crafted products * You are curious, fast learner and enjoy being exposed to new technologies * You are able to work independently take your own initiatives and responsibilities Tech stack We write almost all our code in Javascript and a little bit of Python We build our own frameworks and libraries from scratch and open source all of it. Including: * UI Library * Frontend framework * Static site generator * Backend framework * Graphics DSL * Visual Novel Engine * Custom internal tools Application and selection process * Application form submission * Video Interview * Take home assignment * Paid work trial
