Key Responsibilities: 1. 凭证管理与票据审核 负责财务凭证、账簿及相关资料的打印、整理、装订及归档。 协助审核员工日常费用报销及付款申请单，确保发票真实、合规、手续齐全。 2. 财务数据支持 协助进行应付账款、应收账款及总账分录凭证数据录入工作。 协助进行银行流水对账及基础数据录入工作。 协助维护及更新系统客户和供应商档案。 3. 税务与政策研究 了解最新的税收法律法规及行业财税政策（如零售、电商相关税务规定），协助准备税务申报基础资料。 针对特定业务场景进行财税政策的检索与初步研究。 4. 外部事务处理 根据需要，协助外出前往银行、税务局办理相关业务 5. 其他支持 Skills: 1、财务、会计、审计等相关专业本科/研究生在读，持有初级会计职称或相关财务证书者优先。 2、每周能至少保证工作2-3天。 3、了解《企业会计准则》及基础税法知识，对零售行业的财务流程有一定了解者优先。 4、熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的数据处理能力。 5、逻辑清晰，具备较强的信息检索与分析能力。 6、开朗乐观，沟通表达能力良好。 7、踏实靠谱，责任心强，具有良好的职业道德与保密意识。 8、学习能力强，对商业逻辑敏感，愿意深入业务一线。 9、有企业财务实习经验或会计师事务所实习经验优先。
