Responsibilities:

Assist After-Sales Service & Quality team in China
to improve the operational performances at stores
·
Analyze to meet targets, objectives & needs, also
to alert quality issues by using internal systems and data
·
Help launch new system migrations as well as upgraded
services
·
Support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks
and activities
·
May perform additional projects upon request
Requirements:
·
Passions for delivering Retail Excellence to the
clients as a part of After-Sales Service & Quality team
·
Fluent in in both written and oral English
·
Proficient with MS Office i.e. Excel
(PIVOTTABLES/VLOOKUP etc) PowerPoint, and Word
·
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with
flexibilities
·
Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented and
high teamwork spirit
