This project aims to understand crystallization behaviors of a variety of molecules and properties of the resulting solids. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform a variety of physical and chemical experiments and characterizations; Document and create project report; Regularly meet with the manager and collaborators to discuss the progress; Communicate and present the projects and key results to the team. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in graduate school (Master or PhD, PhD candidate is preferred); Preferred majors: physical chemistry, polymer chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, formulation, or related field; Experience in crystallization techniques is preferred; Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills; Fluent in both Chinese and English.
