JOB PURPOSE:
• Support Global mobility partners to coordinate internal and external stakeholders to manage all international assignments in/ out China, Asia and JPAC region. Ensure company policy alignment and compliance in the implementation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Support GM partners to check the international assignments cost estimation & compensation documents.
• Support GM partners on the compensation cycle for international assignees to validate the data, calculate the mobility allowances, etc.
• Initiate tax briefing and enroll international medical insurance
• Prepare and conduct assignment related payments and reimbursement, track on timely payments/pre-payment to vendors on inbound cases.
• Support mobility team daily operation work, make arrangement for team meeting and take meeting minutes.
• Maintain housing/immigration documents in share folder and upload work/residence permit copies to mobility Digital platform regularly, support internal e-contract and vendor setup process
• Provide administration support to the team, including but not limited to stamping and documents delivery
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:
• 3rd year or above undergraduate students, or graduate students or equivalent degree from an accredited college/university; open to all majors, Liberal Arts backgrounds (English, Business Administration, Finance, Sociology, Human Resources, etc.) are preferred.
• Work three days a week at least in the office.
• Internship duration is at least 6 months.
• Computer literacy: Intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Fluent English in both oral and written. Speak Chinese is must, French is Plus
• Have the ability to deal with confidential information.
• Detail and Customer Orientation
• Problem solving and good coordination and communication skills.
• Quickly adapt to international working environment. Have an interest in cross cultures for Asia, Europe and etc.
