Position:  Business Analytics and Market Research Intern, Zoetis

Reporting to:   Senior Manager, Business Analytics and Market Research, International CoE, Zoetis

Work Location:  Shanghai

JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Analytics and Market Research Intern will support Zoetis Business Analytics and Market Research (BAMR) team at international CoE with market survey / market data analysis related to Animal Health business in international market – including business performance analysis, animal health market intelligence, customer insights, as well as internal / external evaluation to Zoetis and its competitors. 

KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS:

1. The BAMR Intern is supposed to provide timely and robust support to the regular performance tracking dashboards

2. Help in conducting quick turnaround, in-house market survey for Zoetis internal client

3. Support BAMR team in project management process

-Vendor establishment

-Purchase order setup

-Payment / cross charge process

-etc

     4. Respond to the ad-hoc market data / inteeligence requests from Zoetis internal colleagues cross different markets

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

-Under / Post graduate degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering / Pharmaceutical / Marketing area

-Experience in conducting data analysis using statistical tools, e.g. Excel, Access, SPSS, SAS, etc

-Proficient in charting and graphing tools, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, etc

-Ability to use statistic models to resolve business issues, e.g. decision tree, regression, cluster analysis, correlation, etc
