Join Amazon’s HR Services benefits team and help make a difference for all Amazonians! To standardize the employee files management, Amazon started the back-scan project. And now we are looking for intern who are patient, meticulous, and have a sense of ownership for this project. You will have access to the files of all employees in the region and be responsible for P-File scan and audit, which is a good opportunity to better understand the benefits policy of Amazon and improve the basic professionalism of human resource relevant work. At the same time, if you have better ideas you may participate in continuous improvement process of the project.

Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for P-File scan and audit, assist P-File daily management
负责员工档案收集、扫描及日常管理
· Statistic and report back-scan project weekly data and complete report
统计及汇报每周数据并完成相应报表
· Assist HR Services benefits team other work
协助处理当地其他HR Services相关工作
Basic Qualifications
· Work 3 days per week at least, Junior or above student
每周出勤至少3天,大三及以上在校学生
· Superior attention to detail, willing to do basic work
关注细节,愿意做基础性工作
· Strong Ownership, Customer Obsession, Deliver Results
拥有主人翁意识及顾客服务意识,达成业绩
· Basic English reading and writing skills
基本的英文读写能力
薪资:130-180/天工作时间:9:00-18:00
