岗位职责:
1、负责售前咨询与售后反馈(电话与Email),接受客户对产品的咨询,正确提供咨询服务,让客户得到满意解答;
2、对客户所提出的关于促销活动、课程咨询、产品品质、产品使用方法、产品搭配等问题进行解答;
3、VIP顾客的注册,相关产品订购,确保信息的准确,以及相关问题的解决;
4、解决客诉问题,有效追踪客诉案件,确保客户获得满意服务;
5、提供满意的售后服务:退换货、产品维修、邮寄跟踪;
6、支援公司活动,并积极主动完成指派任务,以协助公司达成业绩与服务目标;
转正后薪资:4-6k
岗位要求:
1、大专及以上学历,专业不限;
2、普通话标准,口齿清晰,具有亲合力,良好的沟通表达能力;
3、有客服相关工作经验者优先;
4、电脑操作熟练,会使用Word, Excel等公办软件与邮件收发;
5、耐心、细心,主动积极,乐观进取,配合度高。
工作时间:
周一至周六(做五休二,周日固定休,周一至周六有一天排休);
早班:9:30-18:30 中班:11:30-20:30;
一个月轮换一次。
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for pre-sales consulting and after-sales feedback (telephone and Email), receive customers' consultation on products, provide consulting services correctly, and provide satisfactory solutions for customers;
2. Solve problems for customers about promotional activities, Course consultation, Product quality problem, Product usage, Product matching and so on;
3. Make registration for VIP customers, order related products, ensure the accuracy of information, and solve relevant problems;
4. Solve customers’ complaints, track customers’ complaints effectively and ensure customers receive satisfactory services;
5. Provide satisfactory after-sales service: Return and change production, Product maintenance, the logistics tracking;
6. Support company activities and actively fulfill assigned tasks to assist the company in achieving performance and service goals;
7. Finish the project assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Good mandarin skills, articulate speech; with affinity, good communication and expression ability;
3. Experienced in customer service is preferred;
4. Good Computer operation skills, can use Word, Excel and other office software;
5. Be Patient, careful, proactive, optimistic and enterprising; With high degree of cooperation.
Working hours:
Monday to Saturday (Work 5 days and have 2 days' rest.)
Morning shift: 9:30-18:30.
Middle shift: 11:30-20:30.
Take turns once a month.
