Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Preparing sales data and sales report on regular
basis (daily, weekly depending on reports) to support branch and global HQ’s analyses, for e-com KPI’s
(UV, CR), including the different brands and platforms involved,
collaborating with vendors and as owner of analytics tools;
- Monitoring of Actual VS to-go VS sales target,
and critically elaborate trends to highlight insights to bring up to
management attention;
- Support set-up and ramp-up activities for new
brand flagship stores in key e-commerce platforms: catalog, product
listing, stock monitoring, testing of the store (test orders, returns
flow, payments);
- Acceptance testing of key navigation flows in new
SIS stores for new functionalities
- Review of content execution in stores, monitoring
the use of creative and copies
- Focus sell-out system data inputting and
maintenance
- Support daily administration work
- Monitoring display & mechanism of e-dealers
- Product analysis based on DMS data and MKT
insight
Required Experience & Skills:
- 4 working days per week at least during the
vacation
- Good communication and computer skills, excellent
excel skill
- Good English reading and writing
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to
detail
