Detailed Description of Job Contents:

Regular tasks:

1) Master data & transactional data maintenance

IMS – Dealer information maintenance, Sales order status update

RFDC – Dealer information maintenance, Part master data maintenance

IES – Regular RLC Invoice creation

DPTS Call Center – Regular Hotline adjustment

CMS – Dealer information maintenance

2) Project & meeting & workshop support

Data analysis support

Monthly monitor of dealers’ order performance

Communication with dealers for necessary order behavior improvement

3) Team admin:

Team operation KPI calculation

Team meeting arrangement

Team activity support

4) Project: LEAN@DPTS

5) Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualification Requirement (Major, Language, etc.):

1)     5 working days per week availability for 6 months, starting from the end of October, 2019

2)     Must stay student identity during the entire internship

3)     Good skills in Microsoft Office Software & excellent English speaking and writing
