Job Description
You will work in a global team with a variety of IT monitoring tools monitoring the pop-out alarms, warnings from network devices, servers, database, storages, applications and so on. You will work systematically and independently to escalate ticket to the second service lines via Remedy system with an appropriate priority according to the contracts made with customers.
You will join in a global IT company with established global IT operation standard scientific working process, which has already aligned with most global IT companies. It will help you stand on a higher IT career position.
Qualifications
This position is required a bachelor degree from official university, preferably IT-related major or supplemented with working experience in IT support;
Good Written and Oral English, English is our office language;
Good communication and co-operation;
You are expected to work in a busy environment with big working pressure while providing good service simultaneously;
You are expected to have basic IT infrastructure knowledge;
You are preferred to have responsible, diligent, sensitive personalities.
