Job Description:

We are looking for a creative HR L&D intern to join our team. As a HR L&D Intern, you will be responsible for implementing our internal learning communication/promotion learning activities in order to maximize learning exposure and improve better learning effectiveness.

Job Responsibility:

l   Prepare monthly learning newsletter (Learning posts, interview video editing, etc.)

l   Collect & consolidate monthly learning data & learning reports

l   Online learning program data follow up

l   Support in prepare and coordinate new employee development program

l   Support in other required learning activities

Job Requirement:

l   Good written & oral mandarin Chinese and English

l   Good data analyzing through statistics and reporting key findings to L&D team

l   Knowledge of some platform works (Cooperate WeChat, Cornerstone-Learning Link, LinkedIn learning, APSIS Pro, etc.) and how to use them

l   Take initiatives in daily work, attention to details and good sense of responsibilities

l   Graduate in Y2021/Y2022 with full passion in L&D function, minimum 3 days/week
