What You Will Do
- Build Knowledge-Based Chatbots:** Develop and integrate AI large language models (LLMs) to create professional Q&A chatbots for product knowledge.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Framework:** Design, build, and manage a local knowledge base that supports advanced online knowledge Q&A services.
- Leverage AI Tools:** Introduce and integrate advanced AI platforms, such as GenAI Playground and ELI, to optimize daily operations and enhance efficiency.
- Analyze Current Workflows:** Conduct in-depth assessments of existing workflows to identify and recommend AI-driven improvements.
- Develop AI Use Cases:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
- Create AI Solutions:** Utilize APIs and programming skills to design and implement tailored AI solutions that support Ericsson’s strategic goals.
Our Project Focus
Our project focuses on building, managing, and enhancing a local knowledge base and online Q&A service by integrating large language models (LLMs) using the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) framework.
What You Bring
- Educational Background: Pursuing or holding a Master’s degree (or higher) from a top-tier university in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Skilled in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs and integrating large language models (LLMs) using the RAG framework.
- Analytical Acumen:Demonstrated ability to assess complex workflows and pinpoint opportunities for AI integration.
- Project Experience:Prior experience with knowledge base construction and deploying AI-drive chatbot solutions is a strong plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication to collaborate with team member.
