工作职责：

1. Understand the product or material quality requirement, prepare the quality assurance agreemtn, to make sure that these requirement are fully understood by supplier.  熟悉产品及物料的质量要求并与供应商沟通，编辑供应商质量协议，确保相关质量要求得到理解；

2. Execute the supplier system audit or process audit, to make sure that the supplier can provide a stable and consistent product quality.  主导或参与供应商体系审核或过程审核，确保供应商具备提供稳定产品质量的能力； 3. Support the qualification of new supplier or new product. 支持新供应商或供应商新产品的前期验证和测试工作； 4. Deal with the complaint from the plants and DCs, follow up the correct action and effectiveness.  处理全球各地分销中心质量投诉，跟进供应商纠正及预防措施，验证改进效果； 5. Gather and analysis the global supplier quality data, make plan for continuous improvement.  汇总分析全球供应商质量数据，制定相应改善计划； 6. Continuous improve the supplier quality performance through supplier training or audit process.  实施供应商辅导、培训及过程审核， 持续改进供应商质量绩效；                                                               7. Execute systems and certification actions in department. 部门内体系，认证工作的实施;                               

8. Any other tasks assigned by supervisor. 主管交待的其它事务。

任职要求：

1. Master Degree, major in Materials/Physics/Optics engineering.   2021年应届硕士研究生毕业，材料或光学相关专业毕业，提供转正机会； 2.With related internship experience is preferred. 具备相关实习经验为优； 3. Good communication and execution skill. 良好的沟通能力及执行力； 4. Fluent in English. 流利的英语听说读写能力。
