Job Objective:

1、Help R&D engineers doing a research project, developing new product or improving the current line

Job Responsibilities:

1、Follow all the EHS regulations and rules;

2、Conduct literature review for relevant topics, write a review report if necessary;

3、Design experimental plan under supervision of engineer;

4、Carry out experimental study, process optimization and product characterization;

6、Collect experimental results and analyze data, summarize results;

Job Requirements:

1、Master degree or above.

2、Technical background: Chemical engineering or Material science & engineering preferred. If a candidate wills to apply for a long-term position in SGRS, mechanical background is also accepted. 

3、Proactive working attitude, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility for the project

4、Creative, logic and analytic thinking, strong hand-on ability.

5、Good communication skill with all levels;

6、Duration:

Zirpro powder case: the whole internship can last for 3 months if the employee can work at least 4 days per week; prefer an intense work time if the internship will last for 6 months (1-2 day per week is not considered);

       Zirpro beads case: accept 2-3 days per week, the whole internship lasts for at least 4 months or above
