Accountability
• Attract and motivate qualified candidates to join H&M
• Explore effective sourcing channels for the recruitment of talents
• Coordinate the needs and secure efficient recruitment processes • Develop a candidate pipeline and build trusted relationships with other recruitment staff
Education and Experience requirements
• Professional education in either/or Business, HR Management, or a related discipline
• Have interviewing experience both at junior and middle management level
Knowledge of best-practice recruitment techniques Knowledge and Skill requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Conversant with the Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation and Tax regulations
• Experience in active participation on business oriented social media platforms is an advantage
